We are sure that some Souls players will appreciate this more focused approach because gigantic open-world games can sometimes be overwhelming, especially if you don’t have an eternity to devote to them. With its 34 to 40 hours of duration, Fallen Dynasty is by no means a short game, but it’s not a title where you’ll spend three-digit hours either, so there is that. If you really want a real open-world experience, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is not that, but certainly this is not a title you should ignore, especially if you are a fan of Souls-like games and the Nioh series.
